We have had issues with another company to get work done not only that but was being charged a ridiculous amount of money for a job that we thought was a supposed be a fast paced job. Came across Done Right and Juan showed up on time! He was ready to assess our current situation and next day called us with his estimated cost. One day later came back with one of his guys and bam two days later everything was done. Literally his company name says it all. I needed a plumber to check my water heater which was leaking. I messaged the Sunday night and heard from Sylvia first thing Monday morning. Juan came out to give me a quote that morning. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. By that afternoon I had his technician Jesus replacing my water heater with some assistance from Juan. Both were efficient, professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. Pricing was very reasonable. I chose this company from the fantastic reviews I read and I was not disappointed, I most definitely will use them again and refer them to friends and family!
Done Right Drains and Plumbing saved me and my house. They were able to unclogged my pipes that were deeply plugged up with roots from my trees that penetrated into the plumbing system. The other issue is that my house is so old I never knew it didn't have a clean out access for my pipes. Juan, the owner explained everything to me and really showed he cared. Juan is also a Chula Vista neighbor so it makes me happy knowing I'm supporting a local business. Plumbing is crazy expensive but they helped me out in a huge way going to step by step.
